How to Make Car Scents
Step 1: Choose Essential Oils for Car Scents

To create your scents, you will need essential oils. Essential oils come in various scents, from lavender and peppermint to citrus and eucalyptus.Â
You can choose a scent that appeals to your preferences or try different combinations to create your use blend.
Step 2: Prepare the Car Freshener Base
The base of your car freshener will provide a platform for the essential oils to release their fragrance.Â

You can use various natural ingredients as your base, including baking soda, rice, or activated charcoal. It is optional in this method; I am not using them. But you can use them for more results.
You can also combine ingredients to create a more potent scent.
Step 3: Choose Car Freshener Containers

To store your car scent, you will need a container. You can choose from various containers, including mason jars, cotton sachets, or felt pads. Consider the size and shape of your container and its ventilation capabilities to ensure that the scent can be dispersed effectively.
Step 4: Combine the Car Freshener Base with Essential Oils

Once you have chosen your essential oils and prepared your base, you can combine them to create your car scent.Â
- Mix a few drops of your chosen essential oils with your base ingredient, ensuring the scent is well distributed throughout the base, as shown in picture 1.
- After that, add beads to the container, as shown in picture 2.
- Put the cup in your jar, as shown in picture 3.
- Mix it well, as shown in picture 4.
You can also experiment with different amounts of essential oils to find your desired level of fragrance.
Step 5: Craft Your Car Freshener Labels

Consider crafting your labels to add a personal touch to your car freshener. You can use label paper, washi tape, or markers to create a design that reflects your style.Â
Be sure to include the name of the scent and any relevant information, such as the ingredients used.
Step 6: Make Your Car Freshener Sachets
For a simple and easy-to-use car freshener, consider making your sachets.Â
Cut a small piece of fabric and place your car freshener base and essential oils inside. Tie the fabric with a ribbon or string and place it in your car’s cup holder, under your seat, or anywhere else you desire.
Step 7: Store and Reusing Car Scents

Store your car scent in an airtight container when not in use to ensure that it lasts longer. You can reuse your car freshener by adding a few more drops of essential oils to the base when the scent starts fading. This will help to prolong the life of your car scent.

Step 8: Enjoy Your Car Scents

Now that you have created your car scents, it’s time to enjoy them! Place your car fresheners in your car and enjoy the natural, pleasant fragrance as you drive. Experiment with different scents and base ingredients to find your favorite combination.
My Opinion
If you are like me and want a fragrance, you should make car scents.
You can make a car scent with 2 or more 2 ingredients. All you have to do is take a jar and fill it with oil and other mentioned ingredients.
You have to add ingredients with a smell you like. You have to concentrate on adour which you want and according to it add ingredients.
Once you are done keeping it in your car, you will feel relaxed and happy with it.
